How to take off restrictions

If you want to turn off restrictions and have forgotten the passcode for them on your iPod touch, you will need to perform a factory restore to remove the restrictions. See this article for reference -

You may have to place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and to allow a restore restore via iTunes.
