Q: iphone 5s flashing apple logo?

i turned my iPhone 5s off and now when i try to turn it back on it just flashes the apple logo for a couple seconds and turns back off. i tries resetting it, didn't work. i tried to plug it into my macbook however it is not recognized. i am freaking out and i don't know what to do. i do not want to restore my phone. please help.

i also noticed that some of my pictures are corrupted so i tried turning it off and on to see if it fixed but now it is stuck.
