Q: I followed the manual of voice over for ipod shuffle. But it kept saying that "ipod software update could not be connected". I had internet access and I was connected. Why was that?

My iPod Shuffle-3rd generation 1.88 GB version 1.0.2 in Taiwan.

I'm using iTunes for Windows. I want a voice over on my ipod shuffle. I followed the manual for voice over on apple.com but it doesn't work. It kept saying "the ipod software update could not be connected". I was playing a video on youtube so there is no way that I was disconnected from internet. I tried multiple times but still didn't work. Why was that?
