Q: Trouble backup Iphone to the Icloud / Computer

Hello,

First I will start apology, English is not my native language and I do not speak it well..Then apparently I will have errors in the wording..

A long time I had a problem (I think that since upgraded to 8.1.2 ISO) I can not make a backup in my iPhone (4s).

I get a message Unable to complete the backup.

It should be noted that in the past I was able to make backups with no problem

There is enough space in the cloud I do not back up the pictures and backup size is 200 MB (in the cloud I have almost 5 GB free..)

I tried to back up with iTunes (to the cloud and your computer) and I got an error message that can not continue the backup..

I turned off the iPhone and turned it.

I logged out of the cloud and reconnecting

And still could not make a backup.

I deleted (via iPhone) the backup in the cloud, But still can not make a backup (not through the iPhone, not through iTunes, not to the cloud and not to the computer).

 

Something else important to should be note

After I deleted the backup from the cloud, When I go to: Settings > iCloud > Storage > Manage Storage

I see Backup size 0

And under Backup Options I cant see the app list..(which apps and backups to store)

The IPhone think non-stop (I left it hours in this state)

Please help me

    If you are having an issue with making a backup of your iPhone, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article - 

     

    If you can't back up or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using iTunes - Apple Support

    Hey, thanks for the reply, but it did not help me.

    As I said the problem is not only iTunes but when I try to back up the iPhone to the cloud

    The iTunes installed just that I could not perform the backup, I could not do a backup, there is no backup on the computer ..

    are you running itunes on a mac or windows?

    are you sure you're running the latest itunes updates?

     

    you could also check your router settings for any type of firewall issue by turning off your firewall

    Hi

    I'm working on Windows 7 + Latest Version iTunes

    I do not think the problem is on the network, even on another network I can not make a backup.

    think the problem is in the iPhone IOS no in connection between the  iphone in to cloud or iTunes. but the backup creating in the iPhone.

    The problem is not an empty seat (I have more than 3 GB of free iPhone)

    The problem is not a lack of free space in the iPhone (I have more than 3 GB of free space in the iPhone)

    I think the problem is a folder path is too long
