Connecting to BT

I have BT router and have had for some time BUT for some reason although other devices are connected to the system using the same password the IPhone 4 is unable to connect using the same password.


I HAVE RE-S ET THE ROUTER AND THAT DOES NOT WORK.


I HAVE RE STE PHONE UNDER GENERAL SETTINGS AND THAT DOES NOT WORK


I HAVE SWITCHED THE PHONE ON AND OFF AND THAT DOES NOT WORK


THE PHONE TELS ME THAT I HAVE PUT IN INCORRECT PASSWORD


CAN YOU HELP

iPhone 4, iOS 8.1.2

Hi there Gooner03,


If I understand correctly you are unable to connect to this router with only the iPhone, but all the other devices work without issue. I would recommend using the troubleshooting from the following article in order from top to bottom. This may mean repeating a step or two but should help you reach a resolution:
