Jan 20, 2015 6:19 AM in response to nadrojjordiboyby nadrojjordiboy,The only thing that I can say that aligns with when this issue happened was that I purchased "BBC Radio 1's Live Lunge" album on my iPhone on the morning of 16/01/15 and when I went on my pc later that day and tried opening iTunes is when it first started making my computer not respond.
If anyone can help me with this I would very much appreciate it

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your iTunes. If you continue to have issues with iTunes hanging or freezing your Windows machine, you may find some of the troubleshooting steps outlined in the following article helpful:

I've tried as many as i can from the guide you linked (which was almost all of the except the conflicting software one) and i'm still have issues with it making my computer not respond. Do you have any other ideas?
