Go to www.apple.com/retail and search and select the nearest Apple Store to you and make the reservation. You can also do that from the Apple Store app on an iPhone or other iOS device.

The two closest stores are Broadway and W 66th street and the flagship store at 5th Avenue and E 59th street (open 24/7).
