Jan 29, 2015 1:13 AM in response to che1015by che1015,For some reason, my post above is stated as a week old. I posted this message three weeks ago. I have been in conversation within the last two weeks with a tech support. There was an attempt for an engineer to reset my iTunes match as new. Everything seem to have worked but then it did not. I made several attempts to contact apple before they gave me a refund. The service is broken.
