I let my iTunes Match expire because I was unable to control my playlists and albums cover art. After expiring, I reset my iTunes account to the way I pleased. After 3 months I sign on for iTunes match which has begun to reconcile my iTunes the way I did not want.
For some reason, my post above is stated as a week old. I posted this message three weeks ago. I have been in conversation within the last two weeks with a tech support. There was an attempt for an engineer to reset my iTunes match as new. Everything seem to have worked but then it did not. I made several attempts to contact apple before they gave me a refund. The service is broken.
How do I complete reset my iTunes match?
