Hi there,

  • Make sure the FaceTime is enabled in Restrictons, if it is:
  • Reset your home screen layout: Settings>General>Reset>Reset home screen layout, if it doesn't work,
  • Reset the device, and is it still doesn't work,
  • reinstall iOS.
