adcash malware on chrome also different name

I have a iPhone 6 plus and have been infected with adcash malware on the chrome browser. Also the chrome browser has my account name with another persons name, but with my email address! However on my iMac using the safari browser, my google account settings are correct. I have deleted Chrome from my iPhone, changed my Google account password, then re signed in but even with the new password it has me listed as this person I have never heard of before.

So I have 2 issues.

1. Adcash and how to remove it from my iPhone.

2. Weird Google account issue.

Hope someone can help.

They are not related, and it isn't an iPhone problem, except that the site knows you are using an iPhone and may change the redirect target knowing that. But sites you visit always know what your platform is. Adcash/adware is enabled by a Chrome plugin which you have little control over on the mobile version of Chrome. You can try going to Chrome's settings (the horizontal lines icon in the app) and clearing the cache and history. Or give up Chrome. Or don't visit sites that enable adcash. Note that the only reason you have this problem is you visited a site that installed it.

You can try deleting Chrome, rebooting the phone and adding it back. You need the reboot step to erase Chrome's data so it can't be used when you reinstall.
