Q: I can't see my iPhone photos on my PC after following the iCloud set up instructions.

I've just updated my iPhone 5c to iSO 8.1.2.  The iCloud memory has been used.  Photosteam has disappeared. I have a folder on my PC for iCloud photos, but no photos in it.  Anyone have any ideas what I have done wrong?  Many thanks, Becky.

    If the exchange has been handled by an Authorized Apple Service Provider, the phone is covered by an additional 90 days warranty, as far as I know. If the phone is not syncing using the USB connection, there is definitely something wrong with it.

    Maybe fixing the hardware part, to be able again to transfer the photos via USB will also do something on the iCloud photo stream side.

    @MarkStellar

    photo stream has to be activated on your device before, otherwise your photos have not been transferred to iCloud.
