Q: IPOD not recognized on tool bar (unable to sync)

My PC does not recognize my IPOD. I have the original packaging and serial number, but it is not recognized on the Apple support website. How do I get my computer to recognize my IPOD and sync with my Itunes library?

IPOD classic, Windows 7, I've had my IPOD since 2006.

Hello jodyfrommarmora,

If you are not seeing your iPod showing up in iTunes on your computer, then refer to the article below to get it sorted out. It will have you check the drivers on your computer to make sure that it has a proper connection.
