Can't remove AutoFill usernames & passwords in Safari

I try to delete some user/password combinations in Safari 8.0.2 with no effect. Tried doing it from KeyChain directly, still no success...

Any help would be welcomed.

Then try this:

Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions - Yosemite, Mavericks, Mountain Lion or Lion

Boot to the Recovery HD:

Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.

Repair

When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported then click on the Repair Permissions button. When the process is completed, then quit DU and return to the main menu. Select Restart from the Apple menu.

If this doesn't help, then I suppose you have a corrupted file or a corrupted cache. The latter for Safari is /Home/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/. You can delete that entire folder.

Exposing the /Home/Library/ Folder

Pick one of the following methods:

A. This method will make the folder visible permanently. Open the Terminal application in your Utilities folder and paste the following at the command prompt:

chflags nohidden ~/Library

Press RETURN.

B. Click on the Desktop, press the OPTION (⌥) button, select Library from the Finder's Go menu.

C. Select Go To Folder from the Finder's Go menu. Paste the following in the path field:

~/Library

Press the Go button.

I got no error message - just deleted them, then returned to Safari only to find them back.

Today I've tried once again to delete them, and now it seems it worked. Maybe repairing the permissions, as suggested by Kappy, has done the trick for Keychain Access, if not for Safari itself as intended.

So to resume, I was able to finally delete 2 user names from Keychain access and they don't show up in Safari anymore, but if I want to delete another one, I still can't do it directly from Safari.
