I'm using all the latest software on my Mac and iOS devices, and am trying to access photos from iPhoto (on Mac) with all other devices. Have read much of the info on iCloud, etc., and am still not succeeding. Show some of the latest Photos only on iOS devices. Can't seem to see whole photo library from Mac. Please advise.
There is no way. You can create Shared Photo streams.
Right now, you can only sync your iPhoto Library to the mobile devices using iTunes: See: iOS: Syncing photos using iTunes
That will copy selected albums and events to your devices.
The iCloud Photo Library (Beta) is not yet available on the Mac, only for the mobile devices with iOS 8, see: iCloud Photo Library beta FAQ
It will be available later this year on the Mac.
