So I bought the iPhone 6 product red leather case when I got my iPhone, and after a couple months of use it looks pretty bad. Ultimately I'd like to get it replaced for a black one, does anyone know if that's possible or what my options are?
Apple typically will not replace for cosmetic reasons. But, all you can do is ask. As I said, it will probably be no.
Do you have any idea where to ask? I've looked in apple support but there's no category for accessories. Thanks for the reply.
Point of sale ( Apple Retail store), or call applecare. Accessories bought at the same time as the device "may" be covered by the same warranty that the device has.
