Cannot add my wife to family sharing

I follow instructions. Send email, she accepts, says she already in family. But not really it seems.

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10), 27" iMac 5K

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with Family Sharing. I also apologize, I'm a bit unclear exactly which issues you are seeing with your wife's account after attempting to add her.
