Q: I set up Family Sharing, but unable to approve family app requests

I set up Family Sharing and turned on the Ask to Buy feature. My daughter tried to download an app, received the message to Ask Permission, but I never received a message to approve the purchase...so she's unable to download the app. I checked that my apple id is correct...why am I not receiving the message to give permission? please help!
