My iPhone 6 is bent do Apple replace it for free?

Sorry, this kind of damage is not covered by the warranty and Apple will not replace it.

You'll have to pay the Out-Of-Warranty-Service fee to get your device replaced.

Yes if you have warranty. Once my dad's iphone 6 bent and it was not working properly. thankfully, ut was icloud backed up. He took it to the apple store and they replaced it for free. He had free extended warranty ( the offer he bought his iphone in)

There is no such thing as a "free extended warranty". You can purchases AppleCare, and pay a greatly reduced fee to have a phone replaced for Accidental Damage as indicated by Ingo above. There is no warranty or coverage that Apple offers that will replace a phone for nothing if you have incurred accidental damage.

Possibly your father had insurance on the device. But unless the device was determined to have a manufacturing defect, it would not have been replace for free....

Is it called end of year warranty or what us it called? But there was still warranty, and apple replaced the iphone. Also, the phone could not be backed up, thankfully it was icloud backed up. But if you don't have warranty, purchase applecare+. Otherwise, i really dont know what to do if it really is bent wothout warranty and applecare+

You can NOT purchase Applecare+ after the fact. It must be purchased within 60 days of the original purchase of the phone.

It is called a 1-year limited Warranty. AppleCare extends that warranty for an additional year. But it is not free. So, there is no free extended warranty.

my iphone6 is bought in august 2015 as my husband advance birthday gift. Unfortunately, we found out the phone is bent by itself and it just 1 week out of the warranty cover. Well, we sent it to the local service center to diagnosis and we wanted to know what is the main reason the phone is bent.

The result has out, we have been told by the technician the phone is accidentally bent or damage caused by us(probably someone sits on the phone) and no swollen of battery found. I felt it is totally ridiculous as the phone & the scream is in good condition If the damage caused by us the first thing to be damage will be the scream as the scream has no damage and the density of the phone is consider hard.

Thus, I called to the service center the technician asked me to sent the picture and given the same answer too. For me, I was really cant accept the answer they given and judged by their EYE to said it is man-made damage. Also, he commented the phone is safe to use.

I have required asking for an exchange but has rejected as they said is out of warranty.

Now my iPhone 6 carried is missing even I have tried to restore the phone but still the same problem.

The phone totally can not be used as it stuck on searching and can't connect to network as I have paid RM2,900 for rubbish?

I'm an iPhone user and I never used another smart phone, this exceptional case has not been handled seriously and so disappointed.

Sorry, but iPhones do not bend on their own. This has been looked at ad nauseam. As was posted in the top of this thread, if you have Apple Care Plus, you can get it replaced under the accidental damage clause for a small fee. If you didn't purchase Apple Care Plus, then you can $299 to get a new one.

The decision is Apple's. This is a user to user technical support forum, so there is nothing more we can do for you here.

No, it didn't. Metal and glass do not bend by themselves.
