Green Screen with multiple animated icons

I have this blue/green screen video that has 6 weather icons. All icons are animated. Problem is, after I adjust the handles (eliminating the 5 other icons) I cannot figure out how to move the icon into the proper position of the video. Any help would be appreciated.
