How to configure 802.11ac on Airport Extreme 802.11ac using Airport utility?

iI don't seem to find any setup on Airport Utility for configuring 802.11ac channels on my new Airport Extreme. Any hint on how to do that?

The 802.11ac channels are on the 5 GHz band. To see the settings for wireless channels on a Mac........

Open Finder > Applications > Utilities > AirPort Utility

Click on the AirPort Extreme icon, then click Edit in the smaller window that appears

Click the Wireless tab at the top of the window

Click the Wireless Options button near the bottom of the window

The settings will look like this:

Normally, in the default Automatic channel setting, the AirPort Extreme will automatically scan to look for the best channel to use, so that would be the recommended setting for most users.

If you feel that you can guess better than the AirPort Extreme, you can set channels manually for either the 5 GHz band or the lower frequency 2.4 GHz band. Once you have made your changes, click Save, then click Update and the AirPort Extreme will restart.

The main problem with trying to set channels manually is that other wireless routers around you are also changing their channels automatically to look for the best channel to use. So, the "right" channel that you select this morning may not be the "right" channel this afternoon.
