Q: iPhone Crashing

I have a relatively new iPhone 5c. Recently when I plug my phone into my charger it will work fine for a minute but then the sound stop and the screen goes crazy and fades out to black. It will then proceed to try to turn itself on and then crash for several minutes. What do I do?

Hey benjabob11,

If you are having an issue with your iPhone shutting down or restarting unexpectedly, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -

If your iOS device restarts, displays the Apple logo, or powers off while you're using it - Apple Support

Notably, since it appears you already have the latest version of iOS -
If you still see this issue after updating, contact Apple Support.
