Cant hear calls
Just got brand new 5c. Can use it all ok except when I make or receive a call I can't hear the other person. They can hear me ok and the I can hear ring tones etc, just not calls.

From your post I see that you cannot hear other callers when on a phone call, but they can hear you fine. This indicates there's an issue with the receiver on your iPhone. To troubleshoot the receiver, please follow the steps in the article linked to below.
