Pictures in Motion 5 too pale

Hi,

I am wondering why suddenly my imported footage is so pale in motion5. It worked perfectly before. But as I opened the file today, it was lighter.

Before it worked perfectly – and I did not change anything. Not only the preview, but also the export is pale.

Any help?

Hi Mike,

I have some troubleshooting steps that may be useful for your issue with Motion -

In particular I would suggest steps -

5. Make sure you're using a media format supported for use with Motion 5

7. Isolate the issue by testing with another user account

8. Test with media that is known to work and

9. Reset Motion 5 preferences (in OS X Mavericks)
