Q: Unable to install PAID apps from OS X App Store in Lion
A little miffed right now so bear with me.
My MacBook Pro 17 2.33 hard drive died so I replaced it with an SSD. The old HD is toast so requiring a full reinstall. No problems there, everything is up and running great.
However, I can no longer install any of my paid apps (ilife/iwork apps, aperture, MainStage, pixelmator, easily $2-$300+ worth of software). The maximum version of OS X this Macbook Pro supports is 10.7.5. No problem, I'm fine with Lion. NONE of my paid apps will let me reinstall with earlier Lion compatible versions which were the ones I PURCHASED IN THE FIRST PLACE. Every single attempt to reinstall results with an error saying 10.10 (or 10.8/.9) are required.
What the F do I do to get my software back??
(ok, extremely miffed. But any help is appreciated)
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5), MBP 17 2.33
