Q: can apple help get passed activation lock

I have my old Iphone 4s and recently i broke my 5s. So I'm trying to use my old one until i can buy a new iphone. But since using the old phone i have changed my apple id and password. So i figured i could just hook up to itunes and clear the phone. Nope I'm now stuck on activation lock and I have no idea what the old id is.

can some one please help me. I didnt steal this phone I still have the original receipt for it.

Then take the receipt with you to the Apple store and see what they say.

Change your Apple ID and password back, then log out on the old iPhone. Then change it to the new one again. Here's more detail: If you're asked for the password to your previous Apple ID when signing out of iCloud - Apple Support
