can apple help get passed activation lock

I have my old Iphone 4s and recently i broke my 5s. So I'm trying to use my old one until i can buy a new iphone. But since using the old phone i have changed my apple id and password. So i figured i could just hook up to itunes and clear the phone. Nope I'm now stuck on activation lock and I have no idea what the old id is.

can some one please help me. I didnt steal this phone I still have the original receipt for it.
