Hi, I already have the running app but I cant sync it with the Nike sensor. In iPhone 5 there was a built in app called Nike + iPod wich had the function to receive data from the Nike sensor but that app is no longer in iPhone 6. I read it is because if you want to get your running data in your phone you'll have to get Iwatch or run with your phone in your hand.

Nike has discontinued the sensor and support for it. Most likely they discontinued it because there is no longer a need for a separate sensor now that the iPhone 6 has the M8 motion co-processor and GPS, which, in my experience, is far more accurate than the Nike shoe sensor. You do not need to run with the phone in your hand to get your running data on your phone. You can put it in an armband, you can put it in your pocket, you can put it in a belt pouch. You can wear it on a belt clip.

If you feel an extremely strong need for some sort of shoe sensor, Polar makes one that clips to your laces.
