iphone 5s me robaron robado

me robaron un iphone 5s, ya realice la denuncia correspondiente a las autoridades, desafortunadamente no active la opción de localizar iphone, así que no puedo bloquearlo yo.

el iphone lo compre en una tienda ishop y ni ellos ni la telefónica donde tenia el servicio me dicen que pueden bloquearlo!!!

es increíble que el fabricante no pueda hacer nada, no dan ninguna explicación o motivo por el que no pueden, simplemente me enviaron con la proveedora de servicio de telefonía y obviamente ellos me dijeron que ese teléfono no estaba registrado con ellos y por ello no podían hacer nada...

así que cual es el beneficio de comprar directamente con el fabricante si al momento de solicitar un servicio básico de seguridad no pueden hacer nada!!

I stole a iphone 5s, and make proper authorities claim, unfortunately do not select the option to locate iphone, so I can not block me.
iphone ishop buy it in a store and they and the telephone where the service had tell me they can block it !!!
it's amazing that the manufacturer can do nothing, no explanation or reason can not, just sent me with the provider of telephone service and obviously they told me that the phone was not registered with them and therefore could not do anything ...
so what is the benefit of buying directly with the manufacturer when applying for a basic security service can not do anything !!

When your car gets stolen, what does your car manufacturing do to help you get the car back?

When you laptop gets stolen what does the manufacturing do to help you get the laptop back?

This isn't Apple's responsibility.

Only the phone carrier can block your phone.

Contact them.

Also look at this iphone stolen, find my iphone disabled, now what?
