Every time I click on Purchases in the iTunes store it attempts to load my purchases (it seems) and then the program just crashes and Windows shuts it down. What's up with that? I can only access purchases through my iPod touch or iPhone & then transfer them to iTunes when syncing. Any suggestions?

If you are stuck trying to access your purchases on the iTunes Store on your computer because iTunes is crashing on you, then refer to the article below to further assist you.
