Q: When I try to access PURCHASES in the iTunes store, the program crashes

Every time I click on Purchases in the iTunes store it attempts to load my purchases (it seems) and then the program just crashes and Windows shuts it down. What's up with that? I can only access purchases through my iPod touch or iPhone & then transfer them to iTunes when syncing. Any suggestions?

Hello DMac@Brooklin,

If you are stuck trying to access your purchases on the iTunes Store on your computer because iTunes is crashing on you, then refer to the article below to further assist you. I would start with starting iTunes in Safe Mode to see if it still gives you issues with accessing the purchased page in the iTunes Store.
