Q: iTunes allways pop up a window saying that i has to authorize this computer !!!

Hi, I'm using the last version of iTunes (12.0.1.26), and when i do the sincronization, iTunes pop up a window saying that i has to authorize this computer. I do that on the menu, but it does not solve the problem. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the application but didn't solve the problem. Even delet the file SC... and nothing. What can i do ?

    Good morning António,

If you have changed the configuration of your Windows computer, this may cause issues with authorization issues. I would suggest that you deauthorize the computer - doing so multiple times if necessary, and once it will no longer allow deauthorization, authorize it once again. See this article for reference -

Authorize your computer in iTunes - Apple Support

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

    Best,

    Hi Mr. Brett,

    Thans for your reply.

In fact i've done what you have sugested.

I haven't done any change in my computer and no updates have been done.

I?ve installed the iTunes in the last week, because i have a new iPhone. It was working fine. But on tuesday, is start to open a pop up windows saying that this computer is not authorized.

So, i deauthorize the computer so many times and i the authorize ans a pop uu windows says that i have authorizes 1 computer in 5 possible.

Well, when for example, download a playgame or a app, the iTunes download and put it on the applications area. Then i say "install" and !Apply". Then "Syncronize", and the pop up window withe the "authorization" appear all the time.

Off corse i can do the download in the iPhone itself and it works fine. But i?de like to use the iTunes.

I tryed to remove the iTunes application, with a application that remove all things concerned the iTunes application, even in the Regestry, Then install again and it do the same.

My iTunes application are in Portuguese language...

    Any other sugestion ?

    Tanhk you very much

    Antonio
