How do I unfreeze my iPad email? It is operating on the Yosemite OS.
Messages keep coming in. The rest of the iPad works. Only the email page is frozen. Started to write a message. That blank page appears. Cannot click on cancel. How do I unfreeze it?

Try shutting down the iPad while also holding down the home button. Restart.
ipads do not operate on the Yosemite OS. They have an iOS operating system. Please clarify your question.
You were right. I had used those two "buttons" when there was a total freeze on the iPad; i was pleased to find out it also works when there is a partial freeze (only the mail progra was locked; all other applications worked). Thanks.
