iMac Calendar
Is there any way to change the working week on an iMac Calendar from Monday - Friday to Sunday - Thursday please ?

That's great. Thanks. I can change the start of the week, but it still leaves the weekend as Saturday/Sunday..... Any way I can change it to Friday/Saturday

The weekend Saturday-Sunday is fixed in the Gregorian Calendar.
You will have to switch to an islamic Calendar to shift the week-
The screenshot above is with the calendar switched to Islamic (Tabular, Friday):
But that will probably more complicated than living with the wrong weekend showing.
Unless you are in a region where the week-end really is different, no. There are no settings within the calendar alone that let you do that.

Thanks very much for your replies. The Answers you have given have allowed me to change the start of the week, but it still has the weekend as Saturday Sunday (highlighted).
I guess it's one for the Apple to do list
