iPad device management

Hello, i made a post like the about 4 days ago and i was just wanting to reword this and show you what i'm looking for. My friend and I are making a small coding class for HTML and we have about 10 iPad Air [WiFi]'s. My friend and I are trying to lock kids out of iCloud settings and Apple ID. How can i do this with iPhone Configuration Utility or an other program for free?

We know about the online device managements like. But that is not what we are looking for.

  1. Rocky device management
  2. Meraki device management
  3. Airwatch device management
  4. Jamf device management

This is what i'm talking about. I have iPhone Configuration Utility for windows because i got it before they removed it for they website.

I believe that you can assign one, two, or three appleids to each device. So assign three to a device & the students will not be able to assign more. Please verify this by attempting to assign 4. Be sure to log out of any appleid to signin on an iDevice.

The real way to do this is to enroll in the DEP program.

"This document offers guidance on some important considerations for getting the most out of your iOS deployment." Covers: Prepare your infrastructure. Set up devices. Configure and manage devices. Deploy apps and content. Plan for support.

Consider DEP, Device Enrollment Program. Use VPP, Volume Purchase Program. Select an MDM, Mobile Device Management. Read the Google doc below and nsdjoey write up.
