Problem playback

Good evening everyone, my faithful iPod classic is doing some weird things...I just added an album that I bought fromLoudr and for some reason when I try playing any of the songs from it, the iPod randomly cycles through the songs and then freezes. I've followed the reset steps seen here and everything plays normally except the Spindash songs. Is there any way to fix this besides removing the album off of my iPod(kind of a waste of money huh!)? Thanks for your help!

Thank you for contributing to the Apple Support Communities.

It sounds like your iPod classic is skipping songs that were purchased from Loudr and synced to your device.

Resetting your iPod was a good troubleshooting step. If some songs still don't play, I recommend the other steps found in this article:

I ended up downloading the album as ALAC files and it worked! Thank you for pointing me in the right direction!!
