Dell AIO 942 printer and my Mac

Have Dell All in One Printer Model 942. I just recently switched to MacBook Pro and cannot get my printer to work. I have tried reinstalling the software but nothing happens. Is my Dell compatible or what am I doing wrong?
Help please!

Hi.
From what I can tell, that Dell is not Mac compatible.
Do some searching for 'dell 942 printer driver mac'.
I doubt you'll find anything. Remember, anything ending with .exe is Windows.
We have two Epson AiO's at home and they work great.

How exactly did you try installing the software? It shouldn't even run on the Mac.

As Chris mentioned, Dell AIO printers are not supported on the Mac platform. The 924 uses a proprietary data stream that utilizes the GDI system built into Windows. See this IBM article for more detail than you would ever want to know.
