MacBook pro with yosemite

I Backed up my iphone5c on my MacBook pro iTunes. I ejected the iphone from the Mac sceen. The Mac screen went back and would not start. Won't accept carge either. Help.

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.1)
