Multiple adults in family group causing payment mayhem!

Hi,

Is there any way that we can set our family sharing up so that the adults in the group can pay for their own purchases? Currently it seems to only allow the organiser to pay for things, which is silly when most of the members of my family are grown up and have their own money. Yet it also seems silly to dissolve the family group and buy the same movies multiple times when we all live under the same roof. Please help!
