Q: You can not reset the password for iCloud by any method

Hi, I create an account on icluod, but when I apply for resetting the password will not send the email to change the password and use personal data if not let me change it.

A few days ago I have the Iphone 5S update it, but when lit, asked me my password iCloud that I could change.

need help to change the password
