Apple TV Netflix error
When watching Netflix on my Apple TV , I am consistently getting the error message: "An error occurred loading this content. Try again later". It happens repeatedly and I can't get through a single episode or movie without the error message. If I go back to the menu and resume the episode, it happens again shortly after. I have already taken the following steps to help correct it with no change:
- Power cycled the Apple TV, both by choosing Reset from the menu and doing a hard reset using the remote
- Checked for updates (all up to date)
- Updated network settings and tested the network under Settings (all good)
- Power cycled my home network
- Updated to a brand new Apple HDMI cable
All other apps work with no issue (iTunes, Hulu, HBOGO, etc). Only current solution is to use Airplay to stream Netflix from my iPhone through the Apple TV - not ideal though. Any suggestions or known fixes?
