I am having trouble connecting to Apple/I Tunes and I Cloud on my IPhone 6. Keep getting a message that my password is incorrect even though when I went to the Apple Store I was able to connect.
Is there a problem with there NBN that I have just been connected to - National Broadband Network for anyone who can help me outside Australia.
I am having the same problem with the New Airpad 2 just purchased.

Can you log into iCloud.com on your Mac, using the same ID info?
Did you check the System Status for Apple Services?

Yes, having the same problem on two devices is rather pointing to your internet service.
Did you try using cellular data and hotspot to go online with your Mac?
I can see the hotspot connection details but am unable to follow the steps!!!!
Follow this article, but Hotspot has to be supported by your carrier.
