SVG problem in IOS when using list-style-image

HI I am updating a piece of cuss code in vector which is used by Wikipedia and which runs on MediaWiki but the image looks small where as it looks perfect on windows. The problem is in list-style-image It says png but we are trying to fix it in a patch on gerrit so that it uses svg but need help. Please read first lin on the discussion and knowing what I am talking about.
