Neither earphones nor speakers work with my iPhone 6

Neither my earbuds nor speakers work with my iPhone 6. The earbuds had been working and the next time I tried them they no longer worked. I tested them with other devices and the problem is not the earbuds nor the speakers. Any Suggestions? Thanks
