Q: password to delete iCloud account to do?

I can access my iphone and use it normally but I want to restore it and I do not remember the password to my account iCloud Mail and less to do in that case?

The password to my iCloud account I do not remember and neither the email address we had created the account, and change workplace and had associated with the mail from my old company

You iCloud ID is the email address. Are you saying that you no longer have access to that email address? Is it associated with your regular Apple ID and email address? You will need to contact Apple Security for help. Look through this user supplied tip provided by fellow user Kappy and see if that helps you.
