I already tried to restore using the disk mode, and it still stays on the logo. It managed to fully boot up after leaving it alone for a month, but it then froze and now it again stays stuck on the logo. Is there anything else I can do?

If you are having an issue with your iPod nano starting up to an Apple logo on the screen, use these steps to attempt to restore it.
iPod only shows an Apple logo and doesn't start up - Apple Support
If the issue continues, your iPod may be damaged and need repair. You can arrange for repair at the iPod Service Website.
