My ipad password was changed and i couldn't figure it out so it got disabled. On the apple website it has directions which i followed, but it didn't work. My ipad is telling me i need to connect to itunes so i do, the website says to restore my ipad and every time i try when the ipad turns back on it says i have to put the password in before i can restore it.

Try recovery mode, which might take a few attempts to get the iPad into - see half-way down this page : Forgot passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled.
thats what i was trying and it keeps telling me i have to put my password in before it can be reset, but my ipad is disabled so i can't.
If you're still being prompted to enter the passcode then you haven't successfully put the iPad into recovery mode

i tried it on two different computers and its still not working
You need to put the iPad into recovery mode - follow the instructions on that link, it may take a number of attempts to successfully do it
If you've never synced your device with iTunes, or haven't set up Find My iPhone, you'll need to put your device in recovery mode. Then you'll restore your device as new or from a backup.
This will erase the device and its passcode.
If your device doesn't go into recovery mode, try steps 1–4 again.
