How do I re-enable my Photo Library on iCloud.com?

I previously enabled my Photo Library and was able to see my photos on iCloud.com. Since then, I chose to disable it to see how it affected my use. After some time, I chose to re-enable it as I enjoy what it does for me. During this second enabling, iCloud.com was still giving me notifications informing me that my photos would be deleted from iCloud.com in 30 days. The 30 days has passed and I still can't view my photos on iCloud.com. Also, there is no icon for the Photo Library.

I have a similar issue. I disabled it and then decided to re-enable it. Now it is telling me it is going to delete my photos in 30 days. There doesn't seem to be a way to get out of this state and tell it I want to keep using Photo Library. Help!
