Jan 25, 2016 2:00 PM in response to leetutby The Art Of Sound,Sorry!
Then Ill ask again.. Did you use the Ad Hoc method to help eliminate any network related issue?
-
Jan 25, 2016 2:30 PM in response to The Art Of Soundby leetut,I Didn't because it made no difference to the other guy you suggested it too
and I figured that instead of learning what an ad hoc is it would be easier just to take iMac and iPad to my parents house and try it on a different router
I Will try it when my stress levels calm down though, probably tomorrow
i did notice when logic Is starting the loading banner says "EuCon init finished" during logic start up
Not really sure what that is or if it could be causing this

Jan 25, 2016 3:33 PM in response to leetutby The Art Of Sound,The Eucon notification is a normal part of startup now... apparently. I see it on all my testbed systems here too....
But yes, give Ad Hoc a go.. Its very simple and it could help explain or eliminate a lot of the possibilities as to the root cause...
Cheers..

It almost always is........ and the fact you had so much trouble trying to reconnect your Mac indicates this or an issue with your Mac's WiFi itself.. which is possible but less likely.
