I have had an iphone for many years- today after listening to an audiobook, my phone will not ring or answer unless I have my headphones in.....cannot figure out how to reset it back so I can answer my phone.....business calls are forwarded to it, so this is not just a personal thing.....

Wow! That definitely sounds frustrating. Let’s see if we can troubleshoot/isolate this issue so you can get back to receiving those important business calls. Does the phone receive the calls when the headphones are not plugged in, but just doesn’t ring? Or are you having issues actually receiving the calls? If it is the latter, please see this resource:
