Mark mail as NOT junk?

I've been expecting emails from a certain site for the past few days. They are received fine on my Mac, but on the iPad they are treated as junk, and I dont see them. Is there any way to correct this behavior? I read somewhere that on the iPad, simply moving messages out of the junk folder and into you inbox would flag them as not junk, but new messages from the same place are still being routed to junk.

Failing that how would I just turn off junk filtering entirely on the iPad, if it is going to keep preventing me from seeing my important messages?
