I Have an iPod nano 6th generation and it won't power down and the volume turns off even when you turn it all the way up is there any fix or do I need a new iPo?

If you are having an issue with your iPod nano not turning off when it should, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -

Specifically the section titled Will not turn off.
The reset may also assist with your volume issue. If your issue is not resolved, go to the iPod Service FAQ.
